Meet Our Leaders
James Toulman
CEO and Founder of Vorcis
Prior to founding Vorcis, James was a Senior Director at PwC for three years.
James has held pivotal roles in some of the Middle East’s largest cloud transformation initiatives, spanning both the public and private sectors including CITC, KSA, ADQ, UAE and Etihad Rail, UAE and has established and lead Cloud Centers of Excellence for some of the region’s most ambitious projects.
Furthermore, James has provided strategic counsel at national level for significant cloud projects, including ministerial-level advisory roles.
James holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Derby University and studied Corporate Strategy and Finance at Insead.
Wissam Hassan
Director of Cybersecurity at Vorcis
Wissam specialises in consultancy services for developing and validating cybersecurity roadmaps and strategies, conducting business, systems, and risk analysis.
During his seven years at PwC, Wissam gained extensive experience in designing and deploying cybersecurity architectures, ensuring the security of corporate IT systems. Wissam has a deep understanding of information protection initiatives and has worked with top-tier industry frameworks, methodologies, products, tools, processes, and procedures to implement cybersecurity strategies.
Wissam holds an MBA, BSc. in computer engineering, CISM, ISO and vendor specific certifications.
